Pros

When I first started working at Agero some years ago, the atmosphere was a fun one, there were great incentives for working overtime, I had such pride doing my job, the benefits were excellent and the supervisors were incredible to work with.....

Cons

.... until 2018. That’s when things started going downhill. Less incentives, firings for reasons that make no sense, the overnight shift axed, a focus on scorecards instead of helping customers. Quitting is an option I’m seriously considering.

Good stepping stone with a solid reputation

Pros

Agero is a pretty solid company overall. Some of the company's benefits include; medical, dental, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and flex spending accounts. This is a small-medium sized company which strives to treat everyone with respect. It is not uncommon for HR to have charity drives, pizza parties, cookouts, pumpkin carving contests, and other activities to boost employee morale and increase elbow rubbing with members of other departments.

Cons

An offer letter from this company will probably be a little bit lower than market value. It's a good place to work but most of the people I've known there use their experience here as a stepping stone.
