Way too much internal politics

Pros

Great place to make friends and meet cool people Pay is decent and you get to travel a good amount

Cons

Management is stuck in their ways, senior management turns their heads when you say anything and middle managers think they are God

Pros

There are multiple ways to advance. You get bonus money if you perform well They will pay back your tuition even at part time

Cons

Getting time off is difficult they have a program where if the call center is slow you can leave early if approved but taking days off that you are scheduled for is hard to do. You only have a certain amount of times before you are terminated.

Pros

I enjoyed working here very much. Employees are treated well, and my co-workers were easy to get along with.

Cons

I don't really have too many cons. My supervisor had a great personality, and co-workers typically had been there for many years--some even have been for decades. I don't have anything bad to say.
