Pros

Fast pace. Easy money. Get promoted pretty fast once you got it.

Cons

Everyone is very much to themselves. Sups claim they care they don't. Good luck getting help when you need it. You're on your own!

Pros

Great incentives and able to help people in need

Cons

Mandatory overtime at times, switching supervisors alot, the rehire process. I had to resign short notice due to personal issues. Now that I have it taken care of I have tried over and over to reapply and theh send a email stating they found other candidates which frustrates me because when i was there my scorecard was always good, received qrp bonuses, team player.

Pros

will hire anyone, decent pay for call center, ok if you are desperate while searching for another job

Cons

many...poor sup training so they will throw reps under bus in an instant, turn over so high now most reps poorly trained, poor support for reps, high stress, Tucson site on last legs
