Pros

Good pay, good training days and hours.

Cons

Hard to learn over zoom meetings, you get thrown into the calls without learning all the information.. my trainer was dealing with the death of her brother (so sorry) but she was taking it out on people, and was having trouble remembering what she had told us to do, then would be very rude and short with people.

Pros

It's a job not much else

Cons

Pay isn't great. Managers aren't great. No real increase in pay and even higher ups aren't paid what they're worth

Pros

Privately owned and operated means that we are not traded on the stock market and we are treated better as employees

Cons

They love having temporary job titles for when you want to advance your career. Temporary to them means that they can cap your pay.
