Pros

They pay well and the benefits are good.

Cons

The internal communication is lacking. Associates find out about updates and changes to programming when they occur and are required to adapt quickly. The customer is an after-thought instead of the driving factor when implementing changes desired by the clients.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits package, good hours and schedule

Cons

Customers can be really mean people. It would be great if just once you could tell a really nasty customer off. Immediate Supervisors know less than the employees most of the time. And all the number crunching is a real headache. The average handleing times I think should be looked at. There just a little to low to provide really excellant customer service.
