Work from Home No commuting time No spending on gas No one physically watching over your shoulder No dealing with office drama Ability to wear whatever you want As long as computer was good enough, they would take just about anyone. Mailed headset for use Using own computer and chairs

Cons

Lack of training 30 seconds of between call time KIA note taking process was a ridiculous Management wanted less Customer Service, more "quickly get people info and off phone, even if they are pissed" VPN service required that if forgot to disconnect makes computer unable to connect to any site except the connection to the server
