Although we make every effort to accommodate our agents scheduling needs, ultimately these schedules are determined by our CUSTOMERS needs so sometimes we don't land with the best match. Seniority is a factor, not the factor. To manage this process we are in near active communication with our agents on needs, we partner to troubleshoot potential issues and make sure that for those who didnt get a schedule that worked best they are pushed to the front of the line the next time around.
