      Pros

      Drive only 15 min. Helped me with landing a job after my divorce. Able to work from home in 2019.

      Cons

      Click nitch environment, tell me who you know and I will help you. Very stereotyped management. Never a 2 way street. Some employees had preference due to relationships within the company. Demands were applied with threat of being dismissed without a warning. HR very racist and leaned on their close nitch

      Pros

      - Great People (for the most part) - Amazing training program - They do their best to keep morale up with incentives and fun programs - Premium wages for evenings/holidays - Health Benefits

      Cons

      - High turnover - Job is stressful - Some management is absolutely terrible - Some people with multiple HR violations that are not replaced because of turn-over rate
