Local management great, love my base, upper management- well just horrible, disconnected from our job, famous for ridiculous knee-jerk reactions to minor issues. The company has grown way way too fast for its management style. They like to roll out new idea / websites without really working thru issues prior. The corporate is just a mess, I can't speak to what happens there, but from the ground level it is a mess. So much talk, so little actual work or proof from leadership.

4 years at the company, I'm a top performer in my department. The pay is really bad. This company is so disorganized and dysfunctional, I'm embarrassed to work here. The corporate office is extremely cramped and minimally furnished, the company spends no money on their people, only the execs. There isn't even enough parking for every one. Zero investment in the company and people, only the execs. Management is unethical and unprofessional, I've never worked with more overrated and overwhelmed leadership before, they have no idea. They treat everyone like trash, verbally abusing people over the stupidest things. The best, the most loyal people in the company are walking away w/o another job because it just isn't worth it. Holidays suck, you get Christmas Day off and New Year's Day off, not in between. Benefits are pathetic, getting worse. We don't even have company picnics or parties. They do send a cheap trinket to your house at Christmas, well, some got 3 trinkets, I got none. All this and they treat you like crap all day, they don't backfill positions anymore either so you get other roles handed to you routinely.
