Pay for SDRs is below market value

The biggest red flag is that the team does not have internal, transparent KPI metrics and quality parameters to check whether a new joiner is performing up to the required standards or not. They rely on no specific strategy. I suspect they do this to check whether a person is ready to dance the way they want them to dance. They go outside core company policies and create a very typical Indian-style work environment. Even if your response to a customer is well constructed, the leaders will still criticize you because they want to see if you can take criticism. But people can take criticism only when they are wrong. If you have worked in a heavily political and groupism-driven environment, you may fit in here; otherwise, join only if you are in dire need of money. Managers threaten employees that wrong feedback will be given to a new employer during background checks. Other people who speak about unethical and political leadership cannot raise their voices. Aircall offers a very good salary as per Indian standards, and many employees choose money over righteousness.
