Pros

PTO Paternity and maternity leave policy

Cons

Morale is in steep decline, with negative trends including employee burnout, underpayment and micromanagement. Prioritization of profit over employee well-being and a toxic culture of performative positivity. Career growth lacks clarity, while job demands increase without reward. Leadership +HR actively mask problems and stifle feedback. A frantic focus on customer retention overlooks the real issue: a lack of real value for the premium cost of the product. Account executives offer frequent discounts to lure customers who aren’t a good fit, leading to high churn rates. Rollouts of promised features and new add-ons lack coordination and execution, creating confusion and chaos while burdening customer-facing employees. Inter-team collaboration is painfully lacking, fueling tension and bitterness. There is an unhealthy "optics" obsession and an arbitrary promotion system that is not based on merit. Recent exodus of top talent, including the new CEO who quit within months of starting. Has slowly turned into the worst place I've ever worked. Swipe left on this company, especially if you’re in a customer-facing role.

Pros

You'll get to work with great coworkers, and meet interesting people. The office is in a great part of the city.

Cons

Aircall has changed dramatically every 3-6 months since I've been here. North American HR isn't helpful. This company is far too political, in more ways than one. Inconsistent WFH policies. Incompetent people seem to get hired on at senior levels and last far longer than they should.
