Pros

People are friendly and like to help.

Cons

I joined last year when the company had big plans. However, they have made big changes in leadership several times over the past six months and most of those plans fell apart. The new leadership and cofounders seem confused and are not definitely not aligned, they frequently contradict each other. The product still has lots of room for improvement and it's an obstacle for growth in the direction the company wants. In general, people are scared since they have done a few quiet rounds of layoffs arguing they have tried to reallocate those teams which in reality is not true. As a result, a lot of people have left the company recently, both voluntarily and not.

Pros

at first it was the freedom to be a start up, the celebratory environment, where even the littlest accomplishments seemed to awesome

Cons

The culture was (probably still is) very clique-ish. Management has a set of standards that were wishy- washy and people were stressed outside of those celebratory moments. They fired ppl before 3 months was up, so many people under 3 months were constantly stressed about being fired. And when they were fired, it wasn't standard. HR was needed badly back then, don't know how it is now, but the best thing was getting out of there.

Pros

Made some great friends and connections. The sales team has a few gems, and is full of talented people who work hard and are high performing, kudos to you all. Surprisingly good benefits (commuter reimbursement, gym reimbursement, marginally competitive pay)

Cons

Extremely noisy office where you must sit at your assigned seat. Lunch breaks were closely mandated and monitored. They treat you similar to how a teacher treats their 3rd grade class. Mandated 5x a week in the office during the time I worked here. Pay discrepancy between workers of different genders (M/F). Constantly feel as though you're being watched/someone is looking over your shoulder while you're working. If you like anonymity and trust while you work.....keep sending your applications. Weird "cult-like" environment where staying late and drinking in the office is encouraged. Lots of drama and sh!# talking in the office. Lackluster leadership, no meaning or motivation behind what they're saying. Very much "bro" culture where burnout is encouraged/glorified. Limited room for growth.
