Pros

Aircall is one of the fastest growing b2b startups out there, and has an amazing culture. People are caring, mature, and ambitious. Joining was an great life decision. I was able to negotiate strategic partnerships, take risks, try new things and develop a whole new initiative as I grew with the company. I wanted an entrepreneurial job and Aircall delivered! I’m proud to be part of the team. The product is the best in its category, and we’re only getting started.

Cons

Aircall is a fast growing company and working there means that a lot of changes happen, at quite a rapid pace, both in terms of the size of the business and the team. Being confortable with change and uncertainty is important to thrive there.

Pros

The team is very supportive of any idea you have, they allow you to grow in your own way but also participate to the larger picture of the company. In the US, because it is a smaller team compared to the Paris team, you are really an integral part of the starting/founding team.

Cons

More Autonomous even though you still work as a team. Not really a con at all but had to put something!!
