Pros

Within walking distance of the Galleria, shops and places to eat. Offers more pto than most companies Flex schedule including 1/2 day Fridays

Cons

High demand environment for everyone making it feel like a sweat shop and limits you from using pto. (Which is use it or lose it) Visible favoritism towards some which gives them upper management support High turnover. You never know who is next to walk out.

Pros

Good 401k immediately vested first 5%. decent management but it is just a pass through employer contracting people out. so not a lot to review.

Cons

They are a client based company meeting there needs and requests. They won't search hard for you if you come to them. Not bad, just that is their model.

Pros

For the most part, very friendly people and great office location in the city. Very social company with lots of opportunities for outside-of-work get-togethers.

Cons

You don't get a lot of feedback about what you are doing (good or bad) and there is a lack of communication from management to employees which leads to rumours and tension amongst everyone. Office dynamic is also a bit strange - there are departmental cliques which can be quite intimidating. The departments who have the opportunity to make money (BD, recruitment, sales, etc.) get a lot of praise and benefits, however the people who make everything happen and deliver these opportunities in the background tend to be ignored.
