Pros

- Very diverse company. - Lots of passionate and dedicated staff especially in Middle East office. - Excellent ground to gain experience. - Opportunities to explore multinational cultures.

Cons

- Lots of changes after 2016 merger. Must adjust to multiple management style across the company globally. - Office politics is very high. - Salaries for non sales staff have been stagnant for years and recognition are inconsistently applied.

Pros

6 years in the business, been promoted consistently every 18 months. Traveled extensively regionally and internationally for Business Development or Client/Project needs. Lean teams in-country but good support from HQ in Houston for all marketing and bid requests. Benefits are good with high number of leaves and good variable bonus. Overall good environment and company lives by the values

Cons

no work from home for the front-office

Pros

Good culture. Middle Management is open to discussions on change. Can progress up in the company easily. Career path is well planned. Making some great changes, and recognizing the problems that we as workers face every day. Its has been hard to voice the problems and have someone listen, but this is turning around and working out well.

Cons

Salaries for non-sales staff are low, and rarely negotiated. It is very hard and uncomfortable to approach management to request a review of wages due to the situation in the industry and bonuses have not been paid for a number of years, which is quite frankly demotivating. Lots of changes, for the better, but the people running the projects probably need to be looked at and assessed. Systems are a problem. Outdated, complicated and just a pain for us workers to use. Need a major overhaul. Due to the industry changes, a lot of people were let go, but now that it is picking up, it feels understaffed and people are very stressed, and over worked.
