Good culture, fun atmosphere and people are treated well.

Cons

The downturn in the oil and gas industry over the last 3 to 4 years has made it hard on staff (pay rises, bonus etc..) but the company has weathered the storm better than others.

Small office atmosphere, employees are generally easy to get along with and like to socialize. Pay is typically good for management and recruitment. The management before the air/swift merger in each office were nice and down to earth.

Cons

Top management is very cut throat, can't trust anyone. Company is more concerned about getting "yes" people then your actual performance level. Very high in office politics that can make the best person want to run. Long, long, long hours expected with no work/life balance.
