Established name in the market, def some really good people in the company but they are stunted by lack of leadership across the business.

Cons

The business has zero reward and recognition culture in my opinion in comparison to other staffing agencies and I've worked with some of their competitors. Leadership isn't focused on the business, aren't hands on enough and will accept mediocracy over challenging themselves, taking ownership and accountability and actually trying to build a better company. I feel like people work there now for an easy life versus trying to challenge and push themselves to be better. A lot of politics, meetings for meetings and no action.

Cons

Worst leadership and people I've ever met. I cannot stress enough how horrible these people are, like the mean girls in mean girls but worse. No diversity, anti-diversity in fact.
