Pros

The smartest and most thoughtful people I have ever worked with. Many decisions are made with a bottoms up feedback approach which is great. I have worked in earlier stage startups for the last 10 years, and this is by far the best company I've personally been involved with. Very inclusive culture, and amazing product and mission.

Cons

There are growing pains which means moving targets sometimes, but nothing that is surprising.

Pros

Really positive and encouraging culture. They take care of their employees, especially during this uncertain time with COVID. The product is constantly evolving and needing to scale to meet demand, so lots of interesting engineering problems to tackle.

Cons

Growing like crazy so teams are needing to figure out how to subdivide and shuffle responsibilities which can be challenging.
