Pros

People are passive aggressive, so you do not have to deal with arrogant co-workers. You show up to work and you get money for it.

Cons

Management is unexperienced and slow to make changes. Post reduction in force, top performers are asked to take on more work for the same pay with limited to no incentives to do so. Company says they value DEI, but if you go on Blind all you see is people complaining about DEI initiatives or even the presence of ERG groups. One person was even upset we had Asian food options for AAPI month and called it 'discrimination'. This tells me the culture of the company is fake.

Pros

--Empathetic group of people. I've noticed employees at all levels tend to assume good intent and are easy to work with. It makes collaboration much easier with less friction than I've seen before. It makes it easier to get things done. --High growth, big upside. It feels like we're on the precipice of doing something massive and meaningful in the market. There's an exciting energy around what we're doing. The vision of democratizing software is not lost in the day to day. We have a lot of work to get there but it's energizing to feel the impact you're making. --The leadership team cares; they are accessible & receptive. The exec team genuinely wants to do what's best for employees. They listen to our feedback and take action. Obviously you can't make everyone happy all the time but we have a voice and our best interests are being put at the forefront.

Cons

Classic growing pains. We're in hyper growth and processes that worked at 200-300 people don't work well when you're doubling and tripling quickly. We need to hire across almost all teams so some folks have a lot on their plate until their team is fully staffed. It's a double edged sword because you get to the opportunity to build but it makes for a bumpier road when things haven't been all ironed out yet. You have to be OK with joining a fast growing start up where everyone rolls up their sleeves. As with all start ups, you need to be in charge of your work life balance. We're encouraged to take time to recharge but you have to make a point to do so.

Pros

Not much - The head of sales is now worried about his image and maybe actually taking feedback in. It is amazing to me how the EVS has never been shared out with the company and the reason is always about how people are not here anymore. It is quite difficult to work with multiple sales leaders who all do not know what is going on. Now that I think about it, no one I know at the company in sales, engineering, or strategy even likes their manager. It is all over the place and everyone seems to micromanage. It is insanity!!!! For someone who is based in SF and goes to the office often, our culture does not exist. It is so forced and is all fake; we see right thru the bs here.

Cons

Everything is a con at this company.
