Pros

Amazing product, great ic's and benefits

Cons

Sales leadership is embarrassing. Seems like no one knows what they're doing or what direction they're trying to push the sales org. Reactionary decision making is commonplace and transparency is nonexistent.

Overall good company but steer clear of support organization

Pros

Well-loved, workhorse product, fantastic co-workers

Cons

Support leadership is embarrassingly disconnected from employees and does not know how to use the Airtable product, sex-based discrimination in compensation, high turnover, lack of transparency and maturity in leadership. I was managed by a man who was new to the organization and retaliated when I attempted to communicate feedback to him and was reprimanded for reaching out for help.

Pros

- Good benefits - Exciting product and vision - Customer success team is top notch

Cons

- Leadership is arrogant, has no respect for ICs - No career growth opportunities, always hire from outside the company - A culture of criticism and proving you’re smarter than others - Hard to get anything done that takes more than a week or two of work
