- Good team camaraderie - Strong founder - Diverse team

Cons

As an engineer, you are not going to be building anything innovative. Many features lack differentiation compared to other similar apps, and we have been struggling to drive user stickiness for the past 2+ years. Company lacks strong product leadership. Feedback from engineering are mostly ignored by product team
