Pros

fast growth, good for people who like operations tons of learnings for all joiners little or no hierarchy some senior leadership are great folks

Cons

no culture has been defined, depends on your manager executive team is not the best , one of the worst among start ups tons of top talents leaving within 6 months (do look at LinkedIn to validate) the middle level managers are "yes-men", would not stand up for their direct reports toxic culture in some teams in HK benefits are almost non-existent

Pros

1. Flexible working hours 2. Pay higher than industry average 3. Talented colleagues

Cons

1. Flexible working hours also means you need to be 24/7 stand by for manager's questions, including weekends 2. Bonus was never as good as how HR promised, which applied to everyone in the team 3. Managing team focused too much on micromanagement which constrain each one's working progression
