We are saddened to hear that you did not have a good experience at Airwallex, this is certainly not what we aim for.
Airwallex now has a number of internal feedback loops, surveys and initiatives to ensure we maintain effective two-way communications channels with the Leadership Group, and individuals can have their voices heard. We believe our internal teams should play a role in helping to design their ideal employer.
There are members of the People Team who review Glassdoor responses, provide replies, and feedback key themes or areas of concern to our Leadership Group. We do not encourage members of the team to falsify reviews on Glassdoor, as this is not in the spirit of what we are trying to achieve as a business.
