      Pros

      The first thing that separates Airwallex from other companies is the office atmosphere, with comfortable working spaces and aspiring office culture. Team leaders are easy to communicate with and listens to different voices. Being a fintech startup, working in Airwallex can be very challenging but motivating. It's a job that keeps you moving and pushing yourself to be better. You can learn from the talented co-workers here and discover all the possiblities inside you. This is definitely a company that can provide you with valuable experience not only in work but in life as well.

      Cons

      As mentioned above, the company is always moving in a fast pace, so it may not be suitable for people that seek a easy job.

      Pros

      I joined Airwallex when there was only 70 employees and has seen it grew rapidly over the years. Despite the challenging environment, the company actually care for the employees and makes an effort to improve the workplace. If you work very hard and commit to what you do, it's a great place to grow your career and skills.

      Cons

      Founders are young and has limited experience in managing large teams. There's some bureaucracy starting to emerge as the company grew.

      - Working with a group of smart, fun, and energetic people is fantastic. - Promising future. Leading company in Fintech industry, and is still in a rapid growth. - Coffee culture! You can’t expect a tech company with fine coffee until you find it out here.

      Cons

      I can say that handling rapid growth is no easy task. Need more time to review what we have done wrong.
