Worst sales team ever

Product that genuinely adds value

Cons

Extremely poor leadership, all sales managers are young and inexperienced and don’t know how to lead (even though they think they do) Pay is terrible Impossible to achieve targets. Literally everyone on the sales team is not hitting Poor systems Micromanagers all around Everyone wants to leave and will leave whenever they get an offer. Turnover is extremely high

Great company culture. My colleagues are supportive and collaborative. I feel like I'm part of a team. Challenging and rewarding work. I'm constantly learning and growing in my role. Competitive compensation and benefits package. I feel valued by the company.

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge at times. There are occasional late nights and weekend work.
