Pros

fast growth, good for people who like operations tons of learnings for all joiners little or no hierarchy some senior leadership are great folks

Cons

no culture has been defined, depends on your manager executive team is not the best , one of the worst among start ups tons of top talents leaving within 6 months (do look at LinkedIn to validate) the middle level managers are "yes-men", would not stand up for their direct reports toxic culture in some teams in HK benefits are almost non-existent

Pros

1. Compensation and reasonable equity 2. Coffee and pantry in the office 3. Smart people from Ivy League like LBS, INSEAD, Cambridge, and Oxford working in core strategy teams

Cons

1. Really poor work culture and expectations to be in the office 4-5 days a week from 9 am - 9 pm if possible 2. Metrics, Metrics, Metrics, Metrics, Metrics, Metrics, Metrics set by people who have no clarity on the GTM strategy and extremely poor collaboration between businesses across different regions. 3. In experienced leaders running sales functions, care only about quick transactions results and have no clarity on how to inspire, understand and lead the team to a common vision.

Pros

The average employee is friendly, down to earth and smart.

Cons

- CEO and CRO make 98% of the decisions, often with limited or no data, just gut feel. This results in crazy bottlenecks and poor/inconsistent decision making. - The company prioritises hiring young, smart people vs people with actual experience in the function. - Diversity is definitely not a priority and is getting worse at the exec level. - Work life balance doesn't exist, expect to be online over the weekend - Respect / appreciation / team work is absent at the exec level - Benefits are getting slashed - Turnover is really high
