I joined this company because I saw it as one of the few fintechs that are solving a global problem with global ambitions. I've been around for 1.5 years and I can see the company attracting better and better top-notch talent. I also find the day-to-day work dynamic and challenging, and I feel that I am given the right level of autonomy and guidance to go ahead and execute. My teammates are fun to work with and dedicated to what they do, and it makes a big difference to my happiness at work.

Pros

- Smart and amazing colleagues - High base salary - Pretty comprehensive health insurance

Cons

- Pretty much zero work life balance - Poor employee retention as there's no job satisfaction - Zero employee benefits and poor bonuses (a rating of 4/5 nets you less than 1 month salary) - Incompetent management who are basically just yes men and lacking in foresight as well as the ability to plan - Rushing blindly to achieve "targets" only to be rewarded with a myriad of problems due to poor foundations - Company believes in a super lean structure and hires a ton of managers who are basically ICs (resulting in a diamond shaped structure resulting in an unproportional work load)
