Salary is higher than market to attract talents.

Cons

Expects you to work like a slave, give sky high targets and micromanages. Turnover rate is superbly high, you can be away for a month and you'll feel like you're in a new office with new colleagues.

A fast pace should be challenging, though never at the expense of our team's stability and trust. To that end, we set clear expectations for our leaders to provide coaching, clarity, and meaningful support. Tools like our OKR framework and globally run manager training programs are specifically designed to help our teams operate with greater confidence and autonomy. We also agree that grooming talent is essential. Retaining and developing our people is a top priority, which is why we use employee feedback to continuously improve our management training and internal mobility programs. High turnover is not the goal; long-term growth is. We are dedicated to creating an environment where our team can thrive and build their careers.

- The company set a high bar for the capability of problem analysis and target breakdown. - Quite a lot of smart people with sharp thinking and fast-paced execution.

Cons

- Blaming culture causes wide risk-averse behavior. - Some top leaders easily get emotional. Need to highly index the understanding of top leaders' needs and intentions. - Control without context: Some top leaders are overtrusting their raw intelligence instead of gathering information bottom-up, operating in a top-down style and detaching from details at the same time, which creates biased decisions and meddling management.
