Pros

A company that has attracted the smartest people in the industry to join (applicable to all departments)(regardless of whether they stay here at the end). Business still manages to grow during economic downturn.

Cons

Absolutely poor management (or no management at all) of the people. Very high turnover rate in certain teams reflects the fact that management of those departments is unsatisfactory. Poor benefits. Very high workload. Management changes its plan all the time and wastes man hours.

Hires great talent, loved working with my peers. (Airwallex just can't keep them)

Cons

The CEO/Leadership are too busy counting pennies to plan the long-term success of this company. Products are repeatedly launched half-baked, and staff morale is low. Accounting partners are looking elsewhere.

Nice office, some people are great, and good place to learn

Cons

-below average pay -long hours, a culture of sitting in the office and look busy -Unpleasant and egoistic upper management -politics and power dynamics—-the flat structure is just a term. People usually leave after a year. -nothing truly innovative, a follower of strip or Adyen
