We thank you for your more than eight years of service to our patients and their families – and for taking the time to provide your feedback. As you know, in February 2022, we implemented significant pay adjustments for nurses. We will continue to make these adjustments for nurses as well as other roles based on regular market reviews to ensure our compensation is market competitive. We know the past two years have been particularly difficult for our employees. Please know how important it is for us that our employees understand how much we value them. This is why we continue to take other measures – from launching our Helping Hands flexible staffing support program to offering signing bonus to new hires in several roles – to address the staffing shortage that has impacted health care institutions nationwide.
