Thank you for recognizing the terrific benefits we offer. Through frequent reviews, we work very hard to make sure our pay is market competitive. We also regularly review and refresh our benefits package annually to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our diverse workforce. When it comes to health plans, our consumer-directed health plan is a market leader, as we deposit up to $2,200 annually (depending on your coverage level) into the Health Savings Accounts of employees who choose that plan to support their medical expenses. Ensuring current employees have opportunities to move into supervisory/management/leadership roles is also a priority at Akron Children’s. We offer several avenues for management training/skill development and coaching.
