Micromanagers never around when needed/ can't answer anyTHING then turn around and treat you like a child.

Pros

Networking so your never stuck working for them later. Managers give the wrong answers so you get to learn to take a guess and do not ask them questions again. You have 2 leads to get help for 47 people then the other 3 can't help. Leads think there job is to snitch like kids.

Cons

Managers dont know the job. You get no support they do not back you up. They tell you to be professional then turn around and tell you you got to clock out for yoru breaks and tell you when to eat lunch and give you a break schedule like your still in school. its not enuogh money so you dont want to work over time /they keep saying to buy more license but you dont want to work there any more so you dont buy it.

Pros

The employees are great to work with, and there is a dynamic workload that keeps things challenging every day. There is a good sense of culture, and teams are fairly strong. They have remote work positions and opportunities to pick up additional work.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant and management will often protect employees that are not upholding their workloads while expecting other employees to pick up their slack. Additionally, there are not enough incentives and benefits for the work. The pay is subpar.
