Pros

Payroll is every 2 weeks and is on time.

Cons

I have worked for Worley for over 10 years. I was laid off do to slow down. Was never called back. Have not received anymore requests for assignments. Only benefit the company has is health insurance. You have to work 3 months before it is offered and the company does not pay any premiums. Company did not give reference or confirmation of employment to new employer. Company seems only to be interested in expansion and profits.

Short commute, work/life balance for office personnel

Cons

Horrible benefit plan, incompetent HR at Corporate office, glass ceiling, office politics, unjustified egos from those who caused lawsuits at their last place of employment - just stay away.
