      Good pay. Lots of travel.

      Owner is a SUPER-micromanager! The worst boss on Earth. Constant back stabbing among employees, especially if they didn't negotiate a good salary and are jealous. CAUSTIC environment - if you work here you WILL go to the doctor more for stomach problems!!!! Owner steals his employees hotel points for ALL travel, to use for his family's vacations. This is standard in the industry to allow hotel points to be had by the employees traveling. He would steal the air miles too if the FAA didn't require tickets to be booked with the social security number and legal name of the traveler. NO care from owner about your work/life balance. You work 80 hours a week, and take work home with you! The biggest "POOR PERFORMER" in the company is the OWNER! Writes GARBAGE reports for the clients, filled with errors, poor grammar, and hundreds of pages of BS!

      This review is completely false and inaccurate. Company policy has always allowed employees to keep hotel and air miles as a benefit. Also employees work no more than 40 hours a week which has always been the standard. And the owner does not write the reports. He does not have time. Clearly this review was either posted by a competitor or from a previous terminated disgruntled employee.

      Pros

      Because its a small company there is an opportunity to get experience in several different areas of the business. The owner puts a lot of trust with the employees. Meaningful work helping out with other veterans. If you like to travel there is plenty of opportunities to travel. Love having half day Fridays in the Summer.

      Cons

      A couple employees with poor performance feel they were unfairly let go. Those are the bad reviews on this site. Believe me, they did not deserve to work at this company. Only top performing, professional people work here. Each and every employees contribution is important to the success of other employees and the company.

      In the summer you get to leave at 3pm on Fridays

      Cons

      The owner has driven out the entire executive team over the past year They only really do work with one client (the VA), and ther reputation with them is terrible dur to constant turnover and owner mismangement There is no room for advancement. There is one client and all of their decision makers dislike the owner. Work is drying up. The owner is actively crushing people's souls

      Management response--- This person was an executive level engineering employee who was hired to bring in non-VA work but failed to do so. Also this person was managing projects but failed to properly manage the project on time and on budget. This is a fast-pace job and this person could not handle the pressure. Senior Management tried to work with this person for over 1.5 years but had to part ways. There is plenty of work and we are currently hiring entry and mid-level staff. We currently have several senior managers so the statement there is no management left is simply not true.
