      Pros

      Still a relatively young company. Has a track record of promoting from within. Great opportunity to learn from experienced engineers / professionals. Encourage continuing education though education reimbursement.

      Cons

      As a young company, some of the processes are still evolving; not all aspects run as smooth as desired. However, management has always been open to reviewing constructive criticism.
