      Pros

      Really nice people work there. Lots of process in place to help be organized. Great location close to Boston.

      Cons

      Lots of fast changes can be challenging with different businesses growing. Have to take on several roles like working at a start up company.

      Pros

      I got a valuable hands-on experience in energy auditing and recommissioning. All the employees were energetic and interested in teaching the concepts and practices. Traveling to site and learning things practically is the best part.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have a proper induction program for the freshers. Still, it was fun and interesting to learn things by working with the experience professionals.

      Being involved in all aspects of multiple construction projects, direct & hands on training from experienced colleagues, dedicated to employee growth, open door policy

      Hours can be long, however that is consistent with the construction industry.
