Pros

You might get to work from home

Cons

My time at Alchemer was marked by a constant fear of wondering if today would be my last day and who would be the next to be let go. The turnover is insane and you'll quickly realize that many of the people let go are actually good at their jobs. Even if you are preforming well and doing your job, if you're not fully embracing the Alchemer culture and conforming to their ways, you will be let go. Your career goals will be stifled in favor of burning and churning yourself for a private equity owned company. There is no healthy exchange of ideas and discourse between you and leadership - anything you say will be used against you. Middle management doesn’t manage and instead uses you for their own gains with the executive team.
