Pros
Pay is decent. They promote acceptance and inclusivity.
Cons
The workload is overwhelming. They put children with no experience in management positions. HR is horrible. If you have any issues with your manager you're terminated, end of story. They expect you to be an expert at an entry level position. In theory, their ethics sound great but there is a lot of toxic positivity and unrealistic expectations set on employees. They allow management to hire their college friends and push out employees with more experience and a better work ethic.
