Pros

Monday-Friday schedules. Clearly set metrics and expectations. Free counseling and Employment assistance programs

Cons

Health insurance cost go up every year. Expectations and duties are too extensive for the pay. Pay raises are nickels and dimes. Metrics are unrealistic, Lay offs are yearly. If they move you from team to team or calls get slow begin looking for another job ASAP.

Great health benefits Flexible work from home environment

Cons

Primary focus on shareholders and c-suite; not on employees Does not champion existing employees Succession planning is lacking with little to no incentive for growth or for people to stay at the company Does not provide salary increases to existing employees; would rather procure external talent and give higher wages Added resources and new hires are very slow to come; everyone is being asked to take on more work and creating less work life balance.

Pros

Able to flex time, PTO hours, remote work, Easy job

Cons

The job is easy but the workload is unmanageable. Another specialist left and instead of hiring a new one they just handed out the clients to other specialists- which increased the workload with no increase in pay, moving customer care jobs and client specialist jobs offshore which is makes me fear for my job, back office teams "resolving" the tickets with incorrect or incomplete information that causes more work and escalations, no raise last year was demoralizing and frequent layoffs negatively effect the client culture
