Cons

They are mean, they micromanage, only allow you 11 minutes of bathroom breaks. If you go over by 1 minute you get penalized. If you use the bathroom more that 4 minutes at a time you get penalized, if you make 3 mistakes handling a call within a year, you get fired. The rules set for you are unreasonable, the call volume extremely high and they have no care for how the employees feel.

Everything going offshore. Good workers laid-off, remaining good workers resigning. The best places to work survey was BEFORE the recent changes.

Decent for early career professionals

Pros

Ideal to join for 1-3 years out of college or if you’re still early in your career. They do provide training and do a good job of not overwhelming you with work until you’ve gotten the hang of the day to day.

Cons

When you start getting promoted is when expectations and responsibilities skyrocket while your pay stays relatively the same. Compensation is low compared to the industry. The health benefits sucks and not much of a 401k match anymore. More senior and mid year professionals are leaving because of the regular 50-60 hour weeks. So again, I’d only recommend this company for people early in their career. Get the experience and get out
