      Wonderful teammates, always willing to help. Ability to work remote is appreciated.

      Cons

      Salary is very low. Extremely poor yearly increases, even for employees exceeding expectations.

      Pros

      pay can be good, if you are in a role that is either commission-based or has equity as part of the comp package.

      Cons

      if you are relying on a bonus that's based on company performance, dont count on it. also, the company has been in a constant state of change for three years. it's exhausting.

      Good medical benefits and the co-workers are nice.

      Cons

      Barely any training, and you will CONSTANTLY work. I mean you do not get 5 seconds of adjustments, taking notes for a client, before the phone rings. You are on the phone from the second you go to work and AFTER your log out time. If it rings at 4:59 you are to STAY on the phone and get reprimanded if you use too much time after. If you go over the 30 second hold (they want you to do the logging while talking to people) you will get reprimanded.
