      The benefits are okay but are on a tiered system.

      Cons

      Feel bad for all us being low balled and only getting 2% raises.

      Pros

      Good Benefits. Friendly company but not a company to work at if you are serious about software development. Their technology stack is out-dated and most of their tools are proprietary.

      Cons

      They have outsourced almost all software development and testing. They decided it is cheaper to pay penalties in their contracts than to have proper development resources. Unfortunately, they are right. Staffing is *really* tight. The people that do the work are really overworked. The people who know the work are stretched super thin and don't have time to share their knowledge. It's all going to come crashing down at some point.

      Pros

      Co-Worker support is great, a real team feeling. The quality department is fair with rebuttals if you submit them.

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics like 30-second hold time. The only metric they seem to care about is AHT, don't care about first-call resolution or quality. Customer satisfaction is not important. No escalations team to help agents and customers with issues.
