Stephan and his team have created unrealistic goals and have a short term execution plan. It has created a culture of uncertainty and distain throughout the organization. Quotas are given out with a broad stroke and many times are more than 100% grow over of previous years. Multiple forecast calls a week with a focus on the now vs the future and driving new business is going to hurt growth. Multiple layoffs already and more are coming and I would not feel comfortable accepting a role at this company without new leadership and direction.
