Office environment is not fun. A lot of competitors tend to treat employees better in the office with things like snacks/drinks and games. At Alight it is all work and bad coffee. Competitors send all Workday Consultants to Workday Rising, Alight only sends you if you are presenting; so again, it is all work and no play. Alight wants to be a best employer, however, they fail to establish trust with their employees. People are leaving the company like crazy right now and there has been no word from leadership to help stop the bleeding, so this makes the rest of the employees worry that things are not going so well from a financials perspective.
