      Pros

      Working from Home Projects can be easy if you have enough support or are good at what you do.

      Cons

      If you get a bad unit manager, or work in a team that has its cliques, you'll be stuck career wise and likely miserable. September-January can be miserable if you have a challenging client

      Pros

      I think that they are truly doing their best to provide and support their employees on the HR side. The company truly wants to make an impact and create a healthy culture for their employees. My coworkers were great and it really depends on your manager how your experience will be.

      Cons

      Had a manager that was really out of touch with the team. Tried to micromanage every detail but couldn't provide the support to help foster growth and change. The job itself was not described well at all and it was completely different than what anyone thought they had signed a contract for (given your duties are very challenging to explain).
