      Pros

      Ability to work virtually and our colleagues.

      Cons

      -Benefits (if you choose a decent plan) will run about 40% of your salary. -Aloof and detached upper management/leadership. -Unreasonable expectations from some but not others (favoritism). -Less pay for more work, with little to no cost of living, or merit increases. -Moving of global support /IT Help desk to overseas contractors who dont understand our business and the urgency that is required in getting resolution as quickly as possible.

      - Alight Solutions ( formerly Aon Hewitt) allowed workers from home and it was one of the good reasons for people to stay and work for the company. - Some nice co workers to work with

      Cons

      - Too many leaderships. - The More Work and The Fewer Resources . - Less flexible for people to change careers and limited the opportunities to change the career paths.
