Pros

Remote work has been quite a nice perk.

Cons

They keep taking off perks and benefits due to company performance. On top of that, star performers are also laid off, and this truly reduces morale to the already existing low morale.

Pros

Some individual contributors across disciplines are skilled and well-Intentioned. There is meaningful exposure to real client constraints and fast-paced decision-making, which can be instructive for designers looking to build resilience and adaptability

Cons

* in 2025, the company eliminated Product Design leadership roles and formally disbanded the centralized Product Design Team. Remaining designers were redistributed across individual product teams, where design was often treated as ad-hoc visual support rather than a strategic product function. * Ai concepts were frequently presented to clients without prior involvement from Product Design. After receiving positive client feedback, these concepts were then handed to designers to implement, often without sufficient context, feasibility review, or discovery time. * At the start of 2026, additional Product Designers were laid off, and the remaining team was restructure under leadership that, in my experience, lacked the background necessary to effectively support and advocate for product design as a discipline. There are talented designers at the company, but the lack of consistent design leadership and strategic inclusion made it difficult to deliver thoughtful, sustainable product work.
