Pros
Pay is above average - Negotiate coming in as that’s what you’re making for at least two years. Communication from Sr Leadership is frequent but not overly informational. CEO posts on intranet very regularly about random things important to him (so pro and con) WFH is available but if you’re 100% WFH, you’re on an island Strong team identities - teams take care of their own team members but most lack cross-functional vision
Cons
Technology is crap They don’t walk the talk (WorkDay ‘experts’ but time recording is done in Oracle; they want to be RPA and BI experts but don’t do anything for their own BPO Team) 1:1 with managers are a hodgepodge with little follow up action taken - can’t access something, they listen, say they’ll take action but never do If there is a now, next, beyond plan, I don’t know what it is Very slow to adopt technology - most of their servers are in-house and fall off-line regularly - yet they promote WorkDay and cloud transformation? People matter however, full range communication lacks greatly - no idea what the BPO division is doing around robotics as there is no communication and that could greatly help the installation teams Solutions are very short sighted - selling installs instead of long term partnerships to customers.
