Remote job. Don't get wrong there are some extremely dope people. They will get things done if you know who to talk to.

Cons

If you're planning on advancement might want to start studying for other professions. Having to breaking chain of command just to get simple issues resolved

- The President, Brad S. is great. He really strives to create a comfortable, family-vibe environment to work in. (He's the reason that I stayed as long as I did.) - Remote work for some positions

- Depending on your manager, there is no room for growth. - You may get glowing comments on your review, but don't expect a raise to match
