Pros

I honestly have nothing good to say about this company, except the staff pharmacists know a good technician when they see one. They're the only ones who really appreciate your hard work and willingness to help them out in anyway possible.

Cons

Where do I start? No employee appreciation, hard workers taken advantage of, people make their own schedules and leave you with their workload, NO COMMUNICATION!!, training is almost non-existent, no consistency in workflow, team leads will actually argue with other employees including pharmacists so they get what they want, extremely low pay for what you do. If you're in IV's, good luck with the workload. Going back to the team lead arguments, you would be scheduled to be at one station, but a pharmacist asks you to take care of something else at another station. Team lead will come and harass you about what you're doing and why. Then you'll be pulled right back to what it says on the kindergarten board (where you're originally placed) while feeling anxious, confused, and flustered. The team leads might as well carry a whip with them to intimidate you into working faster and harder while making so many mistakes because you're worried about how many scripts you're filling per hour. Favoritism is the hugest factor. No consequences are given to those they like, no matter how they treat people or even pulling the "no call, no show" crap.

Pros

Good pay, good advancement opportunities, they're very willing to work around your schedule outside of work

Cons

Relatively high turnover - this leads to all departments being grossly understaffed pretty much all the time. Also, benefits aren't that great. Not too many complaints, but the understaffed thing is a really big one.
